About the project
Zöldmező Residential Park is located in Budapest’s 16th district, in one of the capital’s popular green, garden-city neighborhoods.
The development site is situated within a residential area surrounded by extensive green spaces.
The 5-story condominium consists of two buildings, offering a total of 128 apartments. The selection includes everything from 31 m² studios to 83 m² three-room flats. The vast majority of the apartments feature balconies or terraces, and ground-floor units come with exclusive garden access. The apartments are equipped with electric shutters and air conditioning.
