About the project
Adjacent to Viastein Ltd.’s paving stone factory in Biharkeresztes, a new precast concrete plant is under construction on a nearly 2-hectare greenfield site. The standout feature of this investment is its capability to operate with 14 different production technologies, all serviced by three high-capacity concrete mixing units.
The project presents several technical challenges, including the construction of a large-scale industrial floor, the installation of advanced production technologies, and the seamless coordination of 14 different production lines. To maximize efficiency, the project utilizes in-house resources such as a mobile concrete plant, cranes, lifting equipment, and heavy machinery — enabling an estimated 25–30% savings in both time and cost.
