About the project

In Budapest’s District XIII, along Váci Road, a new and modern urban quarter is taking shape under the name Láng District. The apartments come with storage units, covered underground parking spaces and smart home solutions, while the district will also feature commercial units, services and office areas.

The apartments are built with high‑quality technical specifications, energy‑efficient mechanical systems, and each includes a private terrace or loggia. At the heart of the project lies a nearly two‑hectare park, offering nature‑oriented, active recreation with a running track, nature trail, outdoor fitness areas, new playgrounds, promenades and community spaces.

The development also includes the new, nearly 20,000 m² international headquarters of World Aquatics, which will house training facilities, athlete accommodations, rehabilitation units and the organization’s full office complex. The heritage industrial halls will be renewed and assigned modern functions, while the presence of the World Aquatics Headquarters will strengthen the area’s sports diplomacy and tourism significance in the long term.

Modern office buildings will also be constructed on the site, built to BREEAM and WELL standards, featuring ceiling-based heating and cooling systems. The flexible, naturally lit office spaces offer park views and excellent accessibility, providing an attractive working environment.

The location is easily accessible by public transport, car and bicycle, and all necessary services can be found in the surrounding area. As a result of the development, Láng District will offer a modern, liveable and multifunctional urban environment for future residents and those working here.
