About the project
In the course of this residential development project, seven building blocks will be constructed on plots bordered by Hosszúréti Street, Szőlőlugas Street, and Lépés Street in Budapest’s District XI. The development includes residential units, private storage rooms, underground parking spaces, and one retail unit.
A total of 270 apartments and 1 commercial space will be built. The site lies just below the recently completed Gazdagrét Swimming Pool and the Szent Angyalok Parish of Gazdagrét, in a rapidly developing neighborhood. The northern boundary of the area is an undeveloped, municipally owned plot; to the east runs the Hosszúréti stream, while the southern side is lined with smaller apartment buildings and detached homes.
The residential complex will feature premium-quality, technically advanced, modern apartments designed to blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings. Selected units will be sold partially furnished, including the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, the largest bedroom, as well as the entryway, hallway, and bathrooms. This makes the development an ideal choice for those seeking a modern and comfortable home.
The location is well connected by public transport, with direct bus access to the Kelenföld multimodal transport hub, from which the city center and surrounding areas are easily accessible via metro, bus, and train. Bus stops for lines 153, 154, 108E, and 139 are just a 5–10-minute walk away on Gazdagréti Road and Square. The Kelenföld Railway Station and Metro Line 4 — the largest public transport junction in the Buda region — can be reached within 10 minutes by bus, offering direct connections to downtown Budapest as well as rail links to Western Hungary and Vienna.
By car, the M1-M7 highway junction is accessible within 5 minutes, ensuring excellent regional and international connectivity.
