About the project
We are constructing our new headquarters and central site as a self-funded investment, not far from our current base, in the Industrial Park area of Sóskút. The construction work is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2021.
Our group’s new center will consist of a nearly 400-person capacity, three-story, representative, modern office building, a carpentry, locksmith and training workshop, a bathroom assembly plant, social block, car wash and service building, warehouses and depots, as well as the internal road network necessary to serve these facilities.
The new office building will provide a fully equipped new base for the entire management and administrative staff of the group. A surface parking lot with 187 spaces for passenger cars will be built adjacent to the office building, 10 of which will feature electric car charging stations. The lower level of the office building will house a reception, lobby, conference room, showroom, and the mechanical equipment supporting operations. On the first floor, there will be a large common area, reception, secretariat, kitchenette, restroom, phone booths, plotter and printer rooms, executive offices, and larger offices. On the top floor, on the main facade side, meeting rooms with capacities of 8 to 32 people will be located, along with offices, kitchenette, restroom, and a dining area with a warming kitchen.
