About the project
In 2017, Bay-Iron Ltd. commissioned a state-of-the-art reinforcement steel processing and mesh welding facility — the only one of its kind in Hungary — housed within a newly constructed 6,500 m² production hall. Adjacent to the plant, a two-story office building was also developed, covering an additional 550 m².
The general construction of both buildings was carried out to fully meet 21st-century standards, utilizing renewable energy sources and the latest technologies. The roof structure was built with prefabricated sandwich panels, while solar shading is provided by metal louver systems and vertical blinds.
