Description of the building
The building operates as a condominium. A permanent facility management office is located on the ground floor to oversee operations.
The main entrance opens from Andrássy Avenue. Through a wind lobby, one arrives at the high-standard, heritage-protected passageway, where a reception desk is located. Reception service is available on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
The inner courtyard and the imposing main staircase can be accessed through the passageway.
The panoramic elevator located in the main staircase provides access to all apartments.
The rear staircase and service elevator, which support building operations, can be accessed via the passageway from Liszt Ferenc Square.
Each commercial unit includes elevator access.
Parking is available in the surrounding streets and nearby public garages; the building itself does not include parking.
